i've been receiving many repeated questions and queries from members of the auditionSEA players. as such, i have decided to setup The Q&A Posts on the blog to address the questions i'm most frequently asked. (i'm pretty sure many mes'd ppl have had to answer these too)

1st of all, some background. most of the people in mes'd~ have been playing for a long time. aka, since close beta. aka, for at least 3-4 years.

Q: Hey. If u have been playing for 3-4 years, don't u like any other games?

A: Of course we love other games too. we don't play audi as paid full-time professionals u know. mes'd ppl have been known to play maplestory (for bt-lvls, pls refer to xf0rg0ttenCp, ZangetsuGod), Cabal (for bt-lvls, pls refer to the same + ken + duck), and rappelzrosedomoGEzxetcetcetc.


Q: Great. Why do u chance? STOP IT. it makes me lose.

A: darlings, mes'd are addicted to chancing. (with the possible exceptions of RaYOnz and Rae who chain better without chance).
In general, no chance = eyes close = nice snooze.


Q: How do u chance? how how how how how. HOWDOUCHANCEUSONOFABITCHHHHHHH

A: Press 'Delete' or 'End' buttons of your keyboard. Voila. a universal solution tt works for both usb keyboards and laptops.


Q: CCB. i mean, how u read the *&^%^$#ing red arrows.

A: oh. open your eyes and pray that your eye-nerves are wired to your brain correctly. (@__@)


Q: NO! how u press the red arrows without getting them wrong? AND DON'T LAME. I WANT YOUR SECRET.

A: just press the direction opposite to what u see.


Q: i said i wanted a SOLUTION. i keep following the red arrows.

A: okay. u see the < ^ > v arrow buttonpad? pluck out the keys. put the '<' button on the right, the '>' button on the left, the '^' button below, and the 'v' button ontop.
voila! now u can follow the red buttons all u wish.

for those of you who favour a less-brutal treatment of your keyboard, simply rotate your keyboard 180degrees and play it tt way.

oh yes! most importantly! just remb to flip the blue arrows okay?


Q: Why do u keep chaining? Do u know tt u make me lag when u perf? Do u know tt this is a bp room? Can u stop being selfish and stop chaining SO TT U WUN MAKE ME LAGZXC ANYMORE?

A: sweetie. if my perfs make u lag in the bp room, i suggest u just let yourself lag and relax. cos most probably your contributing score isn't making much of a difference to the overall score anyway.


Q: How do you play 8k? how come?

A: well, i usually play 8k modes with 3 fingers. uh. cos im more comfortable using fingers than toes.


Q: I don't believe you. You can 8k. You aren't normal. YOU AREN'T NORMALLLLL.

A: drats. exposed! yes, i actually play 8k with 3 fingers, a tongue, and sometimes my nose. (especially for fast songs above 140bpm.)
to watch an octopus play 8k, kindly make an appointment with izu or duck. they charge entrance fees though so u have to pay them to watch them.


Q: i don't have a cpl. i want to marry you. will u be my bf?

A: 1st of all, being my audi cpl does not equate to being my gf. however if u are still deeply interested, u are welcome to send in your CV (Curves Vitae) and a Cover Letter to sea.mesmerise@yahoo.com with the title 'F> Audi Cpl'. Shortlisted applicants will be channeled to my Da Laopo (ken) for vetting approval. If you strongly object to being a Xiao Laopo, you can be rerouted to the next eligible mes'd bachelor of your choice.
