Yay new skin!

Main colours used are purple & blue as suggested by ponneh, yun & deb *loves*

And to thank skye & claire for e brown & red colour suggestions, there'll be smth for you both... soon (in my next post) :)

As for the skin, originally i wanted to do a fantasy-like skin but then that feel didn't come to my fingers. The first draft (below) looks artistic imo, but then i wasn't tt satisfied w it.

So in the end, i did a *tada* spooky night skin. Too bad tt Halloween's still far away, if not i'd make some pumpkin heads with evil grins to go along.

Somehow i feel tt the skin appearing at this time of e year seems odd, and fantasy has turned into horror :( But it's still done w <3, so love it bah ><

The next update of our blog's skin will probably be in Dec, coz i foresee tt i won't have time during e Sept hols. Good things made w love are worth waiting for! :P

As for the contents of the blog, there're not much changes, simply because i am not tt updated as well (oops). Swapped e position of our FAM rules w other details of our FAM members such as Birthdays, coz members are loved :D (And i'm sure tt we're v clear of e fam rules by nw :D)

Links to external blogs in our "Getaways" remain as they are. As there had/have been no notifications/notes in our "Orders" chatbox about changes in the blog addresses, I assume that the blogs are running well in their unique virtual locations. In other words, an update in the blog addresses will occur only upon receiving/ having received a notification of change in our "Orders" chatbox.

Hee, ps been quite busy lately.. so the skin's abit late =p

I started out with doing a CNY skin, but after the draft, i couldn't figure how to draw pretty & realistic-looking couplets with the comp =x Then i thought that the next time i'd be changing the skin would probably be some time in May.. *gulps* Looking at lovely hearts two months down the road would be less weird as to looking at ang paos and oranges, so.. that's why we have a v-day skin =D

Here's the initial draft for the CNY skin.. don't mind the awesome handwriting..

Ah yes, ~MesmerisE~ looks like ~MeSMeRiSe~.. I typed ~MesmerisE~ but the nature of the font made it look the way it is now. Hmm, is it ok for you all? If you strongly oppose to the appearance of the words (i chose the font coz it had <3s), do let me know and i'll replace it with another one ^^

And yes my rox ai ren, i remembered that i said i'd do a Jan skin coz u mentioned abt it.. Sorry couldn't finish it.. There're supposed to be a variety of flowers alongside the fam portrait with the rays of light shining on them >.<

Hi! Once again, i'm back to discuss the very interesting behaviours of some allergens who lurk in the corners of Novice-1 waiting to irritate their unsuspecting prey.

for your reference, we previously attempted to solve the problem by creating the Q&A Posts.

next, we tried to raise awareness of Noobs.

let us now look at the growing population of Nubs. To understand about the behaviours and classifications of the 5 types of Nubs, pls refer to our trusty urbandictionary.com

as auditionSea progresses into its 3rd year, more and more nubs are mushrooming out. typical nubs get VERY upset when u chain too much, so pls handle these explosives with care.

pls note, audiSea's nubs have a strong herd instinct, ie. they tend to cluster together. be wary of such rooms because all it takes is a single nub to get fired-up and an entire chain reaction of explosions will be triggered.

examples of typical situations involving nubs are outlined here, with no real solution to them except possibly dropkicking the irritants into an ocean to get rid of them.

it has come to my attention tt there are more and more noobs (as opposed to newbs) murking up Novice 1.

these noobs are hazardous allergens tt can cause great irritation.

please look at the contents of the following link to further understand noobs, so tt we can work better with them.

another annoying habit of noobs - threatening and insulting (with strong vulgarities) the person whose final score is higher than 60,000.

to aid us in avoiding such allergens, i will name particularly hazardous noobsters on this blog when i encounter them, and all mes'd members are welcome to list them too (eg. the turtles who kept insulting duckie + ken).

the noobster who has the dubious honour of being annoying enough to be 1st in the list is:
TissueeBox (of -Inclydable- fam, not tt the fam matters).

Why should TissueeBox be avoided?
because:
- she is incredibly rude.
- she was nonstop yelling for _KopiO to be kicked ("KIK!!", actually) from the room since the 20th second of gameplay.
- she kept yelling at and harassing the DJ to "KIK" _KopiO whilst the room was still ingame.
- she insists tt she can't play with pros.

it is up to each individual how to avoid this particular allergen, but i personally will remove her by ejecting her from my own rooms.

THE MONK

A man is driving down the road and breaks down near a monastery. He goes to the monastery, knocks on the door, and says, "My car broke down. Do you think I could stay the night? The monks graciously accept him, feed him dinner, and even fix his car.As the man tries to fall asleep, he hears a strange sound; a sound like no other that he has ever heard.

The next morning, he asks the monks what the sound was, but they say: "We can't tell you because you're not a monk. "The man is disappointed but thanks them anyway and goes about his merry way. Some years later, the same man breaks down in front of the same monastery. The monks again accept him, feed him, and even fix his car. The Claire Terror Of The Snow

It snowed a foot overnight. When they woke up, LULWUT and claire went out to play. First, they made snow angels. Then they had a snowball fight and LULWUT hit claire in her claire with a big claire iceball. It hurt a lot, but LULWUT ed it claire and then it was all better.

Then they decided to make a snow man.

"We'll make a really claire snow man!" LULWUT said.

"Why don't we make a snow woman instead?" claire said. "That would be more claire and politically correct."

"I know," LULWUT said. "We can make a snow claire. That way, we don't have to worry about gender politics."

So they rolled the snow up claire and made a claire snow claire. LULWUT put on a claire for the claire. The claire was almost as big as claire.

It looks claire," LULWUT said claire. "But it seems like it's missing something."

"Here," claire said and held up a claire claire. "I found this claire loves." She put the claire onto the claire's head.

It was perfect. For about a minute. Then the claire, even though it was just made of snow, started to move and growl claire loves LULWUT.

claire screamed claire and ran but the snow claire chased her until she tripped over a tree root. Then the snow claire claired her claire.

"Nobody does that to my little Claire Claire," LULWUT screamed. He grabbed an icicle and stabbed the snow claire through the claire. It fell down and LULWUT kicked it apart until it was just a bunch of snow again.

"You saved me!" claire said and they shared an embrace in the snow before going in for hot chocolate.

The claire lay in the yard until a claire child picked it up and took it home.

Cysteine and DateofBirth were out for a bluestarx Valentine's walk on a rae. As they went, DateofBirth rested his hand on Cysteine's xCHOCOFIED. It was the most romantic walk ever. But even though the day was so -l-ERASE-l-, Cysteine was filled with NiGHtOfGaLe dread.

"Do you suppose it's Ryuukii here?" she asked IXchrisXI.

"You JLloyd silly," DateofBirth said, tickling Cysteine with his -Hikari~. "It's completely ---NewIGNx."

Just then, a kisslibra -ImNoT-Izumi leapt out from behind a WinterMint and ~-Allure-~ DateofBirth in the _KopiO. "Aaargh!" DateofBirth screamed.

Things looked RaYOnz. But Cysteine, although she was Kint, knew she had to save her love. She grabbed a fAntAsydAze and, we just love to have fun and laugh alot, beat the -ImNoT-Izumi debbiiee until it ran off. "That will teach you to iDreamz innocent people."

Then she clasped DateofBirth close. DateofBirth was bleeding HazeHazard. "My darling," Cysteine said, and pressed her lips to DateofBirth's -_HYDROx.

"I love you," DateofBirth said xSiriusx, and expired in Cysteine's arms.

Cysteine never loved again.

i've been receiving many repeated questions and queries from members of the auditionSEA players. as such, i have decided to setup The Q&A Posts on the blog to address the questions i'm most frequently asked. (i'm pretty sure many mes'd ppl have had to answer these too)

1st of all, some background. most of the people in mes'd~ have been playing for a long time. aka, since close beta. aka, for at least 3-4 years.

Q: Hey. If u have been playing for 3-4 years, don't u like any other games?

A: Of course we love other games too. we don't play audi as paid full-time professionals u know. mes'd ppl have been known to play maplestory (for bt-lvls, pls refer to xf0rg0ttenCp, ZangetsuGod), Cabal (for bt-lvls, pls refer to the same + ken + duck), and rappelzrosedomoGEzxetcetcetc.

Q: Great. Why do u chance? STOP IT. it makes me lose.

A: darlings, mes'd are addicted to chancing. (with the possible exceptions of RaYOnz and Rae who chain better without chance).
In general, no chance = eyes close = nice snooze.

Q: How do u chance? how how how how how. HOWDOUCHANCEUSONOFABITCHHHHHHH

A: Press 'Delete' or 'End' buttons of your keyboard. Voila. a universal solution tt works for both usb keyboards and laptops.

Q: CCB. i mean, how u read the *&^%^$#ing red arrows.

A: oh. open your eyes and pray that your eye-nerves are wired to your brain correctly. (@__@)

Q: NO! how u press the red arrows without getting them wrong? AND DON'T LAME. I WANT YOUR SECRET.

A: just press the direction opposite to what u see.

Q: i said i wanted a SOLUTION. i keep following the red arrows.

A: okay. u see the < ^ > v arrow buttonpad? pluck out the keys. put the '<' button on the right, the '>' button on the left, the '^' button below, and the 'v' button ontop.
voila! now u can follow the red buttons all u wish.

for those of you who favour a less-brutal treatment of your keyboard, simply rotate your keyboard 180degrees and play it tt way.

oh yes! most importantly! just remb to flip the blue arrows okay?

Q: Why do u keep chaining? Do u know tt u make me lag when u perf? Do u know tt this is a bp room? Can u stop being selfish and stop chaining SO TT U WUN MAKE ME LAGZXC ANYMORE?

A: sweetie. if my perfs make u lag in the bp room, i suggest u just let yourself lag and relax. cos most probably your contributing score isn't making much of a difference to the overall score anyway.

Q: How do you play 8k? how come?

A: well, i usually play 8k modes with 3 fingers. uh. cos im more comfortable using fingers than toes.

Q: I don't believe you. You can 8k. You aren't normal. YOU AREN'T NORMALLLLL.

A: drats. exposed! yes, i actually play 8k with 3 fingers, a tongue, and sometimes my nose. (especially for fast songs above 140bpm.)
to watch an octopus play 8k, kindly make an appointment with izu or duck. they charge entrance fees though so u have to pay them to watch them.

Q: i don't have a cpl. i want to marry you. will u be my bf?

A: 1st of all, being my audi cpl does not equate to being my gf. however if u are still deeply interested, u are welcome to send in your CV (Curves Vitae) and a Cover Letter to sea.mesmerise@yahoo.com with the title 'F> Audi Cpl'. *Chapter One*
One day, noodle quarrel with meat bao (bun). They had a fight but bao was too clumsy and lost badly. He was very angry and he told noodle to staybehind if he has the guts and he'll get his pals to assist him. Meat bao went to find bread, man tou, jian bao etc to get them to reinforce him. Along the way, they saw maggi mee. They ah bish ah bish ah bish and beat maggi mee up and maggi mee was beri puzzled why he kena beaten up. He said, "Why u all beat me? What have I done to deserve this?" The meat bao said, "Noodle! Dun think u perm your hair then we cannot recognise u!"

*Chapter Two*
Maggi mee, who was beaten up for no reason, was very angry. So he went to find bee hoon, udon, fried noodles etc to seek revenge. But on the way, they met small bao. Maggi mee looked at small bao for a while then told his brothers, "Bra-der! Whack him!" Maggi mee whack small bao harder & harder. After the noodles family has left, they asked Maggi Mee why he hated small bao so much and beat him up so badly. Maggi mee said. "At first wanna teach him a small lesson only, but then see him act cute, made me so angry."

*Chapter Three*
The more small bao thought of it, the more buay song he was. So, he found the bao family to whack Maggi mee. Then they found ying shi juan (bun covered with noodles). They brought him back as hostage and were about to put him on the stove to force him to talk when the bao head said, "That's not noodles! That's our undercover!"

*Chapter Four*
The family of bao and noodles are now enemies and they have gang fights whenever they see each other. One day, the noodles family was having a walk when they saw char siew bao alone. Seeing the good chance, all of them attacked him. The noodles family shouted, "Beat him hard hard! Don't give chance just because he's vomiting blood!"

*Chapter Five*
Poor char siew bao, with his injuries, went to the bao headquarters to look for help. All the bao family was activated and together with red bean bao, green bean bun etc. they went to seek revenge. All the passerbys siam them as they look like they will kill. They saw french fries jalan jalan along, shopping. The bao family attacked him. The bao head shouted, "Noodle people still wear gold go shopping! Whack him!!!"

*Chapter Six*
Finally, the bao family manage to kidnap noodle, the one who started up the whole show, and brought him back to the bao headquarter. All the baos took turns to whack him. At the end, the chief of baos - dua bah bao took a final roll over noodle before they dump him. When the poor noodle finally went home, none of the family member could recognise him bcoz he is totally disfigured - flatten. In order not to let the family bear the bad name, he appears as a new member named mee pok.
